SOLUTION 09
Automation & practical AI
Start with your process, then choose the right technology for each task.
Automation works best when the process and its exceptions are understood. We identify repeatable steps, use rules where they fit, and introduce AI assistance where it can support a person reviewing the work.
What we take care of
Workflow discovery
Map repeated steps, handoffs, access requirements and exceptions.
Rules-based automation
Automate suitable reminders, routing, validation and report preparation.
Document extraction
Use AI to propose fields from emails, BOLs, invoices or PODs for review.
Exception summaries
Turn long notes and messages into a clear draft summary.
Assisted communication
Draft operational updates with human review where required.
Controlled implementation
Pilot a defined workflow, review accuracy and exceptions, then expand.
HOW THE WORK MOVES
- 01
Map the workflow
We agree the task, access requirements, exceptions and the person responsible for the outcome.
- 02
Pilot a defined task
A bounded workflow is tested using agreed checks, whether it is routing, reminders or document extraction.
- 03
Review before expanding
Accuracy, exceptions and review effort are assessed before expanding the scope.
Improve the work that repeats.
A scoped improvement with clear human ownership, approved access and an agreed review process.
A few useful answers
Does every workflow need AI?
No. Rules-based automation may be enough for reminders, routing and validation. AI is considered where it suits the task, such as proposing document fields for review.
Will AI make operational decisions on its own?
Human ownership and approval points are agreed before implementation. Extracted fields, summaries and drafted updates are reviewed where required by the workflow.
One dedicated operations person. One flat monthly fee.
Scope, system access, working hours and approval responsibilities are agreed with your team.
